  First off if i could give them a zero star i would. Me and my boyfriend checked online if they were open and it said yes ( on their official website might i add)
  A 30 minutes trip turned into a hour because we coudnt find the dang parking which all the signs point you in the WRONG direction. We tried to call the help desk 3 times and each time it said " all assistants are with other callers, please hold" in which we held but they just hung up on us each time! So we left are information but they never called us back. After stopping and asking 3 diffrent people for the right directions we finally found the parking which turned out that they were closed THE WHOLE TIME! the customer service was just terrible!!!! The directions are terrible and you guys need to update your website so you dont screw other families over as well.
